CarNaviPlayer.com offers Worldwide Shipping service by international couriers like FedEx UPS DHL etc., we ship your order with expedited manner which allow you to receive order usually in 3-7 working days, a tracking number will be provided once your order is online. Shipping cost is calculated based on country / area. We provide very specific shipping methods which can be found on shopping cart when you checking out.
Shipping Address
We ship worldwide! For customers who use Paypal, your shipping address must be the same one as on Paypal record. No shipping available to FPO/APO/PO Boxes or addresses if by couriers like FedEx UPS DHL TNT EMS.

Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. Once processed, your order will be shipped by designated courier in next 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number after approximately 2-3 business days from the time you place your order.
Customs & Duties
All prices on CarNaviPlayer.com are based on FOB term. We are in charge of customs our side, buyers are in charge of customs of their own countries. Usually courier(DHL, FedEx etc.) can handle customs clearance quickly.
Return Policy
Warning Do NOT return without our official RMA number!
* Return for refund within 30 days for any quality issue(we don't accept return for refund after the package is delivered more than 30 days). Shipping fee and import duty(if has) will not be refunded.
* Return for replacement within 90 days period(we don't accept replacement after the package is delivered more than 90 days). Buyer and seller bear the shipping fee to each side.
* Return for repair for free within one year(We carnaviplayer and buyer bear the returning cost to each other within warranty period).
Products that are not in a good re-sellable condition(not damaged, no scratch of installation), unless declared to be defective, are subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge plus any charges required to repackage item.
