Note that the above year range is for your reference only. Send a photo of your vehicle's dashboard photo(radio system) to info@carnaviplayer.com if you are unsure about fitness.
Attention:
1. Please note that this product has recently been upgraded and no longer includes a CD/DVD player, although the disc slot has been retained for aesthetic purposes only.
2. This radio is only compatible with the Dodge Ram base six-speaker audio system. It is incompatible with the factory-installed Alpine(10-speaker) or Harman Kardon(19-speaker) premium audio system. So please DO NOT buy this radio if your vehicle has a factory-installed Alpine or Harman Kardon premium audio system. But our radio has four channels and a subwoofer RCA audio output ready for any aftermarket amplifier.
3. This radio is compatible with the factory backup camera displayed on the original screen.
4. If the existing backup camera image displays on the rearview mirror screen, it will still work as before. However, it does not show on the new radio screen.
5. This radio is incompatible with the XM/Satellite radio module. But you can download the Sirius/XM application on your mobile phone and listen to it through Bluetooth.
6. This radio only replaces Uconnect 3.0/RA1 and Uconnect 5.0/RA2. NOT fit for Uconnect 8.0/RA3 and Uconnect 8.4/RA4.

7. Attention if your car is a 2018(later)-2020 year model. There is a metal frame obstructing the stereo from being fully inserted. So you need to cut this part, as shown below, to mount the radio. See the below pics.
If the car is from 2013-2018(early), there is no problem. Here is a video that shows you how to modify the metal: https://youtu.be/iTZZkwENWV4
