Attention:
1. This radio is only compatible with Ford Taurus with a standard six-speaker audio system(a CD player). In addition, it is incompatible with Ford Taurus's SONY touch screen and 12-speaker SONY audio system.
2. This radio does NOT have XM/Satellite radio feature.
3. This radio is compatible with the factory backup camera.
4. The radio and A/C do not start with a remote start. You need to put the key in the ignition and turn it over before starting the radio and A/C.
5. This product is compatible with manual and auto climate control.
6. You will lose the heated seats feature after installing our radio.
7. If your car is a Police sedan, the dashboard is slightly different. You need to cut the brackets of our radio when installation. See the below pics.

Overall, it is a decent product. However, I could not reprogram the steering wheel controls and was not given the factory password to access settings. Seller Answer: The steering wheel buttons are controlled by the CANBUS system, and you can not change them. The password is 3368
