Radio is fantastic and a high upgrade to my 2007 original! Had an issue with install where I set the CANBOX to the wrong setting but Allen was quick to diagnose the issue and tell me how to correct it. It now works great. Allen was crazy fast in responding to my emails! Only issue was a lack of any instructions for the install. I have changed a few in my time so I was able to figure it out but it did take some time. Overall great product and outstanding customer service!
