I am extremely happy that I purchased this stereo! Installing it in my 2011 Mini Cooper S convertible was a bit more involved than I anticipated, there weren't any instructions included but we were able to find a few videos online that provided more than enough information to get it installed correctly. Connection through Android Auto is a little slow but I've been told that is pretty common/normal. There is a HUGE difference between the stock 2011 stereo and this one, having on screen navigation is great, touch screen is very responsive and user friendly. I love that it keeps with the circular design Mini is known for. Shipping to the USA was faster than expected. I had asked a few questions prior to ordering and they were quick with their replies. I would absolutely recommend to anyone with an older Mini that wants modern conveniences but doesn't want to sacrifice the classic Mini esthetic.
