I ordered the radio from Germany and at the beginning I was a little hesitant to spend so much money but it was completely worth it. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced! From the help to order the right product, to the tracking of the shipping to answering questions during and after installing. Most of the time, it took them not even an hour to answer.
The radio works very well and has all the features I wanted. Because it is designed for the US market, in an European model the holes for the mounting brackets didn?t align. But I found a work around.
