1. This product is incompatible with the OEM 6 CD changer, but our product supports DVD disc playback and SD/USB music/video. You do not need the original 6 CD changer anymore. 

2. This product does not have Sirius/XM radio feature. You will loose the Sirius/XM.

If you have the NTG1 Audio 20 APS/NTG1 Audio 50 APS/NTG2 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Audio 20/50 APS as shown in the above photo WITHOUT external Harman/Kardon fiber optic audio system in your Mercedes-Benz then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the short wiring adapter lead provided.

If you have the NTG1 Audio 20 APS/NTG1 Audio 50 APS/NTG2 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Audio 20/50 APS as shown in the above photo WITH external Harman/Kardon fiber optic audio system in your Mercedes-Benz then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the short wiring adapter lead provided. But you also need the Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz. The adapter is optional, please add it from the drop-box. It remains the original Harman/Kardon audio system.
