Attention:
1. The radio is a snap to install in your Chevy Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, Avalanche, or car. Remove the plastic bezel surrounding the radio, unscrew the factory radio, and screw this one in its place. The factory wiring harness plugs into the new radio's harness, and it comes with an external speaker that you plug in and leave behind the dash for the turn signals and warning beeps and sounds. (Note, some customers think that the speaker is too loud. To quiet the sound, use tape to cover most of the speaker.)
2. The original On-Star system will be invalid after installing this head unit.
3. This radio is not compatible with the factory backup camera. Please install an aftermarket backup camera instead.
4. If your car is equipped with a roof monitor, it will not display DVD video after installing this radio.
5. This product only fits vehicles with the left radios, as shown in the photo below. Please Do NOT buy if your car has the right radio, as shown in the image.

This radio is awesome! It works just like my Samsung Galaxy phone, and the interface is nice. I Bought the network adapter, and I love being online in the truck! Thanks for the great service and fast delivery!

LOVE the radio-it was not as easy to get set up as I originally thought and I had to make many emails back and forth to work out some kinks. The manual and install instructions are not as 'robust' as I needed so I had some snags along the way, but the email communication and customer support were fantastic. With the company being in a different time zone, there was some delay by a few hours to get info, but they never disappointed to solve the issue. I ended up having to remove a nut on the back of the unit in order to get the GPS/WIFI antenna to fit. Its a VERY tight fit on the avalanche and I am guessing its similar with all GMC's in that body style (I have an 07) Once installed and set up this thing is awesome. Sounds MUCH better than my factory head unit, and the navigation features are amazing. I haven't tried out any of the other features, but I assume they are just as good-I recommend the Apple Play connection if you have an iphone....well worth the upgrade! It was a harder install than I thought, and I wish I would have gotten a pro to install. I saved the money but invested many more hours than I wanted. I'd be happy to offer suggestions and my advice to anyone looking at this unit. Contact the company for my contact info-Giving a 4 instead of 5 based only on the problems that I had with the install...they could have been resolved with info prior to purchase, but overall this thing is great! Contact me for specific info on the install if you need to know some work arounds.

This radio has a lot of features that I love but the thing that caught my eye is the factory aesthetic. It looks great in my truck. The main reason for my five star review is the customer service. This is probably the greatest customer service I have ever seen. Every question I had they responded quickly and they helped me out a ton. I love this radio and this company. However, the only downside is the Bluetooth music is not the best sound quality, but if you opt for Apple CarPlay/android auto, you will not have a problem.
